James Davis :: About Junie

I am a Buffalo, New York native who learned how to cut hair on the porch in 1983. In 1988 I began my 5 year tour as a United States

Marine. I was an Aviation Ordinanceman (Bombs, Missiles, and Rocket loader) that traveled all over the world. While on duty, I

continued to improve my haircutting skills. In 1993, I finished duty with the Marines and began to pursue barbering professionally.

I worked at several shops in Orange County only to find a home at PANAMA JOE's HAIR DESIGN in Irvine, California. I've been fortunate

and blessed to have clients from all races, creed, and color who are professional and a pleasure to serve. I pride myself on nothing

but the best haircuts and service.

I specialize in fades, dreads, afro's, flat-tops, texturizers. businessman cuts, graphic designs, hair coloring, and women with medium

or short hair. My work is published in PASSION Barber magazine volumes I, II, and III. I am the winner of the Like Minds barber competition

and recently took 2nd place in the Andis vs. Wahl barber competition. I also have celebrity and VIP clients that enjoy my mobile service.

I welcome servicing ANY style/ALL types of hair. I am a personable barber who takes care of his clients with great service and a smile.
